I was annoyed when I got all the way to checkout and suddenly saw a shipping fee that was much higher than I expected. By that point I’d already filled everything out, so it felt like a waste of time. I really think this should be shown much earlier, and I’d consider contacting customer support if this keeps happening

I already had a feeling this was going to be one of those products that looks simple but ends up being annoying, and the labels pretty much confirmed that for me. I had to keep rereading them to figure out what was what, and some of the info just felt too vague. Maybe other people wouldn’t mind, but for me it made the whole thing feel less trustworthy...

Ordered and paid for KLOW and BAC Water on 4/30/26. Can not gget a hold of anyone for status. Not good. There chat is busy !!

I reached out to customer service and didn’t hear anything back for days. When I finally did get a response, it felt like they were blaming me instead of trying to help. Frustrating experience overall.
