"Shipping fee wasn’t clear until the very end"
I was annoyed when I got all the way to checkout and suddenly saw a shipping fee that was much higher than I expected. By that point I’d already filled everything out, so it felt like a waste of time. I really think this should be shown much earlier, and I’d consider contacting customer support if this keeps happening

"The confusing labels kind of proved my point"
I already had a feeling this was going to be one of those products that looks simple but ends up being annoying, and the labels pretty much confirmed that for me. I had to keep rereading them to figure out what was what, and some of the info just felt too vague. Maybe other people wouldn’t mind, but for me it made the whole thing feel less trustworthy...

"Couldn’t Order What I Wanted"
I tried placing an order, but unfortunately the items I actually wanted were out of stock. It was a bit frustrating, to be honest, since I’d taken the time to browse and decide what to get. Hopefully they restock soon, but it would’ve been nice to know sooner.

"Prices are just too much"
The prices felt steep to me. I was about to place an order, but once I saw the total, I was like… yeah, no thanks. Compared to a few other sites I checked, it just didn’t feel worth it. Maybe it works for some people, but I felt like I’d be paying way more than I should. I ended up not ordering.

When the package arrived, it was already warm, which didn’t seem right. I’m not sure what happened along the way, but it didn’t feel like there was proper temperature control. I didn’t feel comfortable using it after that.

"Didn’t Feel Right Ordering"
I checked out gentlemanpeptides.com because I was considering placing an order, but I just couldn’t get comfortable with it. There wasn’t enough clear trust information for me, and the whole site gave me uncertain vibes. In my opinion, if a business wants people to spend money there, they should be upfront and make customers feel secure. Maybe other people had a better experience, but I decided to pass.

"Not really what I was hoping for"
In my opinion, this just didn’t live up to what I expected. I tried to give it a fair chance, but the quality felt a bit off to me and it didn’t seem as good as I thought it would be. For the price, I personally don’t feel like it was worth it, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I really wanted to give this a fair shot, but the research results just weren’t consistent for me. Sometimes it seemed useful, other times it felt off, if something is supposed to help people make informed decisions, it should be more reliable than that. I don’t think it’s right to present results in a way that feels hit-or-miss...

"Shipping was slower than expected"
My order seemed to sit for several days without moving, and the tracking updates didn’t really give me much to go on. From my experience, if shipping is going to take that long, I’d at least expect clearer updates along the way. It ended up arriving much later than I thought it would, so I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Storage instructions were a headache"
I was frustrated with the storage info. One page made it sound like I should store it one way, then the label and notes seemed to say something different, so I kept going back and re-reading everything like I was missing something obvious.
I even emailed to double check, but I still didn’t feel totally sure afterward. For something like this, I really don’t want to have to keep explaining the same concern or digging around for a straight answer. Just give clear storage steps before buying and again when it arrives.

"Label ruined the surprise"
I was hoping to keep this as a surprise, but the label on the box pretty much gave it away as soon as it showed up. Even before I checked the receipt or shipping email, it was obvious what was inside. Kind of a bummer if you’re ordering it as a gift.

I was disappointed with the selection. I expected way more options, but it felt really, really limited, and a lot of the stuff I was actually looking for just wasn’t there. I looked and looked, but it ended up feeling like a waste of time for me. Maybe it works for other people, but it definitely wouldn’t be my first pick again.

I might just be someone who likes very step-by-step directions, but I found the reconstitution instructions on Gentleman Peptides confusing. To me, it felt like a few basic details were either missing or not explained clearly enough, so I ended up looking elsewhere to figure out what they were trying to say.

For something like this, I personally think the instructions should be really straightforward and easy to follow. Instead, I was second guessing myself the whole time, which made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be

"Poor communication and no accountability"
I ordered from gentlemanpeptides.com and the communication was frustrating. I got a tracking number, but it barely updated, and when I reached out to ask what was going on, the replies were either really slow or didn’t actually answer my question. I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get basic info about my order. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but for me it was stressful and not worth it. If there are delays or issues, they should be upfront and take some accountability instead of leaving customers guessing. I wouldn’t use them again...

"Checkout just felt off"
I tried to pay, but the checkout kept throwing errors at me. I had to type my info in more than once, and even after all that, I still wasn’t totally sure the payment went through. Maybe it worked in the end, but my gut feeling was that the whole process was way more stressful than it should’ve been.

"Nice site, but the product info could be clearer"
I like the overall look of the site and it’s easy to browse around, which is a plus. That said, I wish the product pages had way more detail because it’s hard to tell what’s actually included before buying. If they added clearer descriptions or a simple list of what comes in the box, the shopping experience would be much better.
